The Company was officially founded on June 23rd, 2014, initially to perform exclusive marketing and sales activities of PE products produced by PTTGC and PP produced by Pertamina primarily for Indonesia market. The company successfully started 1st commercial transaction on September 19th, 2014.
On 31 July 2019, the Company officially owned 100% by Pertamina Group with PT Pertamina Patra Niaga and PT Patra Trading as the Shareholders.
